I had the most amazing experience with Jonny Pham today. I arrived late to my appointment, and my new EQE SUV was acting up a bit, but he took his time going over many of the sophisticated features of that I arrived late to my appointment, and my new EQE SUV was acting up a bit, but he took his time going over many of the sophisticated features of that high tech car, showed me some really cool features and tricks, and above all, stayed beyond work hours to make sure he answered all my questions. I can see how much energy and joy he was getting seeing me learning new tricks short cuts. My experience with the dealership was great, Rafic Trawi was exceptional, but Jonny just took that whole experience to the next level. Would highly recommend Rafi for your next Mercedes purchase and make sure to spend time with Jonny and you will have a completely different level of enjoyment. More

I signed up to receive an in depth lesson on how to utilize all of my new vehicle's features with Jonny Pham . I am so glad that I did! He is an excellent teacher (and I am a former school teacher!) and he is very passionate about his job. He teaches in a way that makes sense and made it easy for me to retain what I had learned. I am enjoying so many features of my new car that I would not have utilized if I had not signed up for the lesson. I enjoyed it so much that I will sign up for the advanced course! Our experience overall was great, all of the staff treated us like VIPs and worked hard to make sure that we were satisfied. More

Jonny & Saena were a great team and both very helpful and provided us a great new car experience. Jonny spent upwards of 2 hours with us showing us how to use our car and the MBUX system. There were so many provided us a great new car experience. Jonny spent upwards of 2 hours with us showing us how to use our car and the MBUX system. There were so many functions that we never would have figured out if it were not for Jonny; many of which have been in previous Mercedes we owned but we were never shown. In summary, if you get a new Mercedes make sure you get Jonny to explain the functions of the car. More
