They are easy to do business with. They had my information from a previous visit, asked what was the issue, I left my keys and the took care of it and call me when it was ready. My car They had my information from a previous visit, asked what was the issue, I left my keys and the took care of it and call me when it was ready. My car had to be towed there and left for weekend, a separate extended warranty I had covered the issue. I told on the phone they found and received a printout when I picked up. I was also told about some other maintenance issues I needed to take care of but was not pressured into doing anything now, I appreciate this. More

My car had Nitrogen in the tires when I bought from another dealer. I was planning to maintain the car at Sunrise VW dealership because of proximity to my home. When I asked if Nitrogen Can be used another dealer. I was planning to maintain the car at Sunrise VW dealership because of proximity to my home. When I asked if Nitrogen Can be used for my tires if needed,i was told that I have to pay because I did not buy the car from this dealership. If the tires have Nitrogen from the factory,why should I be charged? More

Fast and only took 1 1/2 hour. They cleaned my vehicle. I was going to get windshield wiper replacements since I thought it was included like BMW does but I declined since they wer They cleaned my vehicle. I was going to get windshield wiper replacements since I thought it was included like BMW does but I declined since they were charging $50. That's way overpriced and should be included with leased vehicles. My vehicle did not have any tire valve stem caps, would've showed attention to detail as BMW does if they would've been placed on but it's not BMW. More
