I brought my car to Sunrise VW for service iand they are upfront honest and knowledgeable there were no hidden charges and they fixed everything correctly, my issue is the cost of the parts 200 dollars for upfront honest and knowledgeable there were no hidden charges and they fixed everything correctly, my issue is the cost of the parts 200 dollars for a little plastic tank that holds antifreeze plus another 200 to " install it" it was a 20 dollar part that took 5 mins to install ( my husband did it at home) there were other parts we decided to buy on our own and install ourselves , but all in all they are pleasant to deal with !!!! More

The manager of the surface department is outstanding very personable very acknowledge great customer service skills . and the people work under his supervision they are very nice great follow up. The sales managers because I deal with two Mike and another person. I can’t remember the name. They just look for numbers. Mike was very nice hard-working man. The other manager who works with Mike sometimes they have no customer service skills whatsoever and he’s a great liar. and lie is not the right thing you could do it to a customer in the business. The word of mouth is the best publicity you could get and is free, so don’t lie to a customer. More
