Our time was excellent, but then we had to wait 3-4 hrs to sign the paperwork because there were 3 to 4 clients ahead of us and there was only one agent doing the paperwork. As a result, we missed two sche to sign the paperwork because there were 3 to 4 clients ahead of us and there was only one agent doing the paperwork. In order to succeed, a dealership must have a quality product. Toyota has proven to be that, but a Toyota in only metal, glass, plastics, etc. The dealership must have good personnel. Jordan Dancer is an outstanding individual and an outstanding sales person. He went over and above assisting us with this purchase. My wife recuperating from a hospital stay. Jordan came to our home to complete the sale relieving my wife of spending undo time sitting in the dealership.
