Jordan Klein is the absolute best car guy, sales and service, I have ever dealt with; and I have dealt with many over the years. I will go to whatever dealership he is working. Such a great guy. Service department check in is helpful and efficient, however the service department needs much improvement, I called regarding the service needed, a repair that had been done prior, but the part replace however the service department needs much improvement, I called regarding the service needed, a repair that had been done prior, but the part replaced broke again. On the phone the service rep looked up the repair and identified the part, then scheduled the appointment. Arriving for the appointment, my vehicle was taken in, 2.5 hours later I was told they would order the part and schedule the repair: That was after the 2.5 hour wait, which I had to ask about the status of the repair. I asked the service rep why they hadn’t already ordered the part at the time of the making of the appointment, his response was that I’m not the first to complain about this and that there was a disconnect between the people making the appointments and the service providers. In other words, you inconvenience customers by an insufficient system that that doesn’t coordinate together. This is not the first time that I’ve experienced issues in the service and parts department. Issues have occurred every time I hav had business with Gettel. I would not bring my vehicle to you for service if it weren’t for warranty service and repair. I am more than willing to discuss each of the issues I’ve experienced with anyone in management. More

Good job done in reasonable time. Coffee available but stale. More inportant got me out on time for another appointment. Takes a couple pf phone calls ti.maje an appointment.
