It was an excellent experience dealing with the sales department and mangement. The Financial department wasn't on the same page as the sales department. Few things needed to be corrected. Until someone at Gettel shredded my deposit check by accident. I was called and had to rewrite another check the next day. They apologized and sent someone out to pick up another check. Everything is great with the new truck and my sales person was fantastic! Thank you Mattie! Great job! More

If I could rate it a zero I would. I had service work "done" to my jeep or so they told me multiple times and when I picked up my jeep it was worse than when I dropped it and I immedia I had service work "done" to my jeep or so they told me multiple times and when I picked up my jeep it was worse than when I dropped it and I immediately turned around and asked if someone could take 5 mins to look at it w me and they told me they close in 45 mins and nobody could look at it. I then went come to see they didn't do any of the work they claimed to have done and again drove back to ask for a refund. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago and nobody here can return a phone call to save their life. I've called multiple times. Talked to managers and never had 1 returned call about my refund. But they were quick to call me to try and buy my jeep for higher than msrp. I guess long as it benefits them it's priority. Because obviously customer service and quality work isn't what they do here. More
