Jordan is absolutely the most outstanding and honest car sales person I’ve ever dealt with. He’s extremely professional and customer oriented but he gets the job done for Toyota as well. Jordan is the only person I contact when it’s time to buy a vehicle. (I think I’ve bought 4 or 5 from him). I have been a Toyota customer since 2006. I have become a fan of the Sequoia due to it’s dependable, strong, great road vehicle and it is a comfortable luxury feel to the interior but above all of this, I fe fan of the Sequoia due to it’s dependable, strong, great road vehicle and it is a comfortable luxury feel to the interior but above all of this, I feel safe! I have enjoyed my work experience with Jordan LaFranca. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and easy to work with. I am one who likes to get things done fast. Jordan knows how to work with people. He’s my “go to” for Toyota. And of course the service department truly keeps you coming back. The 2 year, 25000 mile free service is a huge win for me! Salesmen are typically not my favorite people, but Jordan is so much better and more professional than the typical salesman.
