We were there for hours before they told us they needed to keep the car over the weekend. Then when we got the car back after 4 days, the problem wasn’t fixed and they didn’t even wash the car. Toook over two hours to dx a bad battery. Wasn’t informed of any updates once and wasn’t told the battery was bad until I got up and asked if they had any info on my car . They didn’t address my issue I had with my coolant and after 3.5 hours to dx and install and battery forgot to put the coolant in or do any kind of dx on why I need coolant twice in the last month . Had to return today to get the coolant topped off . I don’t even expect good service from IA anymore. Also 824$ for a battery?! You’re joking . I just paid it to get the heck out of there . Always guaranteed poor service . Also in the over 3 hours in the waiting area at least 20 employees came and grabbed chips and a drink while I sat there . Felt really unprofessional . I only come here out of desperation I do everything to avoid coming to AI. I always have to make at least 2-4 trips per issue I have even if it’s something as simple as the battery . More
