We have to talk about Brooke at Carizona in Mesa—because wow, what an experience. What started as a “quick stop” to check out one 4Runner, turned into a full two-day adventure of us going back and forth, wow, what an experience. What started as a “quick stop” to check out one 4Runner, turned into a full two-day adventure of us going back and forth, second-guessing, comparing 4Runners, and probably testing our own patience more than anything. Buying a car can feel overwhelming fast… but Brooke somehow made it feel easy, fun, and honestly kind of exciting. From the start, there was zero pressure. Not even a hint of it. Just someone genuinely there to help us figure out what felt right for our family. He rolled with every question, every “wait… but what about this one?” moment, and every time we changed our minds. And instead of making it stressful, he kept us laughing the entire time. The humor alone deserves 5 stars. Carizona clearly has a ton of options—you can tell they move a lot of cars and have a huge selection—but what stood out to us wasn’t just what was on the lot… it was how Brooke helped us navigate it. He didn’t rush us, didn’t push us, and somehow made a big decision feel really personal. And honestly, that part matters. Because by the end of it, this wasn’t just “we bought a car.” We drove away in a 4Runner we’ve always wanted. The kind you picture yourself in for years—road trips, everyday chaos, all of it. And Brooke made that moment feel special. Like he was genuinely excited with us, not just completing a sale. That’s rare. So if you’re even thinking about going to Carizona—ask for Brooke. You’ll get someone who knows his stuff, keeps it real, makes you laugh, and actually cares about you leaving happy. We didn’t just leave with a car—we left with a really good experience. Horrible customer service and not personable at all. Jordan Lecky threw a fit at us for not accepting her offer to make a deposit BEFORE even seeing the vehicle. She got our time wrong for the appointment and had attitude when we corrected her on that. Lastly, had a family emergency the day before our visit so we had to cancel and she felt the need to ask about our personal business, rather than doing her job and asking when we can reschedule. Don’t waste your time with Jordan Lecky or this garbage dealership. More
