BEWARE - I bought a 2022 Volkswagen Jetta on 04/03/2025. I asked for GAP insurance, extended warranty and to have the total of my sales tax added into my auto loan. The car was advertised for the selling I asked for GAP insurance, extended warranty and to have the total of my sales tax added into my auto loan. The car was advertised for the selling price of $17,840. They sold the car to me for $18,089. The difference is $249.00. $249 is the price of the non-negotiable wheel locks option that they could not remove from the price of the car. When I inquired about the key for the wheel locks, they didn't even have it. So, they said they would reimburse me. Well since they raised the price of the car to $18089 then they would mean they did not reimburse me. I'm still paying for their mistake of selling me something they did not have. Also, something called "LUXCARE" was applied for $915, this was also non-negotiable and could not be removed. I know this is the scam they run because I didn't have a down payment, and they have to make a profit. I did have good enough credit to get a 5.99% interest rate. I asked to have the sales tax added to the loan. I have had this done 10 times at 10 different dealerships. The dealership will cut me a check for the TOTAL amount of the sales tax. I take the check to the DMV, and I only have to pay $50-$100 for other fees to get my plates. So, when I receive my paperwork, I was expecting a check for around $1700 (sales tax is usually $100 per $1000). I received a check for $689. I don't what magical math they did to come up with the number. Regardless, you can't advertise for one amount and then change the price that's false advertisement. I filed a complaint with FTC and BBB. More

Bad communication skills. Sales mgr and sales reps will tell you just about anything to get a signature of purchase, then your terms will be the complete opposite of what was Sales mgr and sales reps will tell you just about anything to get a signature of purchase, then your terms will be the complete opposite of what was discussed. Service dept is very untimely and does not keep you informed on any updates. I have sat in the dealership multiple times 5+ hours before being told they could not service my vehicle. Just a complete waist of time and money. Not the best dealership to choose. The lot selection is just a luring tool. Take your time and research all options before here. More

Stay away from this dealer. They don’t know how to follow the service contracts they have. When you question it and say you won’t pay they call back and say they “looked at it w They don’t know how to follow the service contracts they have. Their finance guy told me told me to lie to neighbors credit union to say I was referred by someone I knew. I wasn’t and was told to say I was referred by a name the finance person gave me. More
