Of all the transactions that I have had, the one to purchase this 2022 Ford F-150 was by far the most enjoyable. The price quoted over the phone was the price on the invoice when I arrived -- a first for me! The only negative part of the entire experience, is after arriving home, the following day I noticed the third brake light was cracked beyond repair (it has a large hole in it). This is a $500 part, however, I am not able to prove it was cracked prior to the purchase so I did not reach out to Jordan to see if he could cover that part. Should you choose to cover that broken 3rd/upper brake light, that would be above and beyond. If every transaction your company executes was as straightforward, honest and friendly as this one, you should see continued success. More
