The first time I went to Archibald's was when I was just driving by, I saw a Beautiful Red Corvette on displ make sure it’s the best vehicle for you! So we sit down to do the paperwork, he asked how would you like to pay? Cash I said! So I wrote him a check, told him that pretty much wipes me out. He says to me..I cannot sell you this car, what? Why? He says “you can’t spend all your money on a xxxx car”. Then I told him what This Beautiful Red Corvette was for..My son comes home in a few days from the Marine Corps. He’s been in Iraq for 4 yrs in a Hot War. This Beautiful Red Corvette is a gift for him for serving Our Country! He paused and said, Wow, Okay I understand. I purchased a Tesla from Jordon and both the experience and the customer service was absolutely amazing! I had a situation where my new vehicle was having a technical issue that arose shortly after buying and the customer service was absolutely amazing! I had a situation where my new vehicle was having a technical issue that arose shortly after buying the Tesla. Jordon jumped into action and went above and beyond by driving 1.5 hours (3 hours round trip) to my home to not only look at the issue but also fixed it on the spot. Unbelievable as he went above and beyond to make everything right. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. I’ve never experienced this level of customer service for his customers. More
