I began my career at Archibald’s in 2005 at just 16 years old, starting as a lot attendant. I took pride in ensuring every vehicle on the lot was immaculate and ready to impress potential buyers. In 2010, I was promoted to the sales department, where my father, John Archibald, spent countless hours mentoring me and my twin brother on the intricacies of vehicle sales. In 2016, I advanced to the role of Finance Manager, excelling in securing loan approvals and building strong relationships with local credit unions, which helped me earn a reputation for professionalism and efficiency. By 2018, my passion for client interaction led me back to sales, where I continue to thrive by helping customers find their perfect vehicles. I am driven by integrity and a deep commitment to providing every client with a welcoming, stress-free car-buying experience.

At Archibald’s they don’t just sell you a vehicle, they make sure it’s the best vehicle for you! The first time I went to Archibald's was when I was just driving by, I saw a Beautiful Red Corvette on displ make sure it’s the best vehicle for you! The first time I went to Archibald's was when I was just driving by, I saw a Beautiful Red Corvette on display. I went in and spoke with a gentleman and told him I want that Red Corvette! So we sit down to do the paperwork, he asked how would you like to pay? Cash I said! So I wrote him a check, told him that pretty much wipes me out. He says to me..I cannot sell you this car, what? Why? He says “you can’t spend all your money on a xxxx car”. Then I told him what This Beautiful Red Corvette was for..My son comes home in a few days from the Marine Corps. He’s been in Iraq for 4 yrs in a Hot War. This Beautiful Red Corvette is a gift for him for serving Our Country! He paused and said, Wow, Okay I understand. The people at Archibald’s aren’t like any other dealership..They Truly Care! I will Always and Only go to Archibald's! More

I purchased a Tesla from Jordon and both the experience and the customer service was absolutely amazing! I had a situation where my new vehicle was having a technical issue that arose shortly after buying and the customer service was absolutely amazing! I had a situation where my new vehicle was having a technical issue that arose shortly after buying the Tesla. Jordon jumped into action and went above and beyond by driving 1.5 hours (3 hours round trip) to my home to not only look at the issue but also fixed it on the spot. Unbelievable as he went above and beyond to make everything right. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. I’ve never experienced this level of customer service for his customers. More

Jordan was patient with me over a couple of weeks while trying to make up my mind. No pressure. Always willing. Felt welcome every time and never like I was an annoying customer on the fence. Purchasing a vehicle is stressful, unfortunately many dealerships only worsen the experience. Archibalds is the exception, to that.
