Sales person (Russ) was great to work with but I did NOT appreciate the "bait and switch" tactic the management used. I went in looking to purchase TWO (2) used 2017 Nissan Rogues and the prices that were a appreciate the "bait and switch" tactic the management used. I went in looking to purchase TWO (2) used 2017 Nissan Rogues and the prices that were advertised on the website (and on CarGurus) immediately INCREASED by more than $2,000 PER CAR after I agreed to purchase both vehicles. When I inquired about the increase, the manager have me some some and dance about the fact that they had already applied paint and glass treatments and that those additional costs were not included in the advertised price. After a great deal of "spirited discussion", we find finally reached an agreement but I still paid a few hundred dollars MORE than the advertised prices. The salesman was great and the actual purchase (paperwork) process was fairly painless so I can't tell you to avoid the dealership. Just make 100% sure you get written confirmation of the ACTUAL price BEFORE you test drive a vehicle. More

Cant explain enough how great Rapids Honda is. Not only do they have great service but their staff will strive to get you the deal you're looking for. I've been to many other dealerships who are ready to t do they have great service but their staff will strive to get you the deal you're looking for. I've been to many other dealerships who are ready to take every scrap of money you make, Rapids Honda gave me the best deal at a very affordable price. Our salesman did everything he could to make sure we left with the car we wanted at the monthly price we were looking at and achieved! Dont think I'll ever get a car from a different dealership ever again, have had no problems with my Honda at all More
