We were looking to purchase another Jeep Grand Cherokee and called Lithia Jeep in Twin Falls to get pricing from them. Doug at Lithia Jeep Twin Falls listened to what we were hoping to accomplish, the color and options we wanted, then was super fast getting back to me with really good pricing. After driving over two hours to get to Twin Falls there were no surprises, the numbers were exactly what Doug told me over the phone. Doug was very laid back but attentive, friendly, professional, and there were absolutely no games and no hassles. Doug (and Jorge in finance) had everything prepared when we got there and we were in and out in a very short time, I would classify this purchase as quick and easy! This is the way car buying should be! Other car sales people and dealerships should learn these qualities! Buying vehicles can be a pain but we actually enjoyed buying this one.
