On Sept. 4th we had set up a date to meet with the folks at Simi Toyota concerning a 2024 Highlander hybrid they had for sale. We were wanting to trade in tw 4th we had set up a date to meet with the folks at Simi Toyota concerning a 2024 Highlander hybrid they had for sale. We were wanting to trade in two of our vehicles towards the Highlander. We were met by Jorge when arriving with Jorge introducing himself and taking our information. After some discussion and negotiation we were introduced to the sales manager Manny who the took over the discussion and eventual consummation of a deal. It was never contentious or high pressured but a fair and pleasant experience. Simi Toyota, family operated was an excellent example of how automotive sales should conducted. More
