I'm disappointed. I flew from California to Arizona to purchase this vehicle, I expressed several time the urgency needed to expedite the purchase, but was met with s I flew from California to Arizona to purchase this vehicle, I expressed several time the urgency needed to expedite the purchase, but was met with several delays including the adding of unwanted warranties and reluctance to remove them from the final sale. Next was the $500 "mandatory fee" for etching the VIN on a window. Finally, being sold a vehicle with a cracked/chipped windshield without it being mentioned. I finally concluded the sale only to drive away and notice this chip/Crack. I then called my salesperson to discuss it and hopefully come to an agreement to have it repaired. I have waited to post this review since 8/16 when I purchased the vehicle, hoping a resolution was to be had. It was not. And now I feel as though it needs to be mentioned in this arena. 1. Please mention chips and cracks, especially when one has requested photos and videos of ANY AND ALL damage in advance. 2. The etching fee, if mandatory, should be included in the sale of the vehicle, not added afterwards. 3. If a resolution is requested, please ask your sales people to follow up on it. I consider myself to be a professional and would like to work with others with similar values in the future, thus I will not return to purchase a vehicle from you in the future, not recommend your dealership to others who inquire. More

Absolutely the worst experience ive ever been through. Do not purchase a vehicle from these guys. They sold me a gray market vehicle and did not disclose that information. That is considered fraud! The 2017 orange ram 1500 crewcab sport was a gray market vehicle. Major problems since day one! Had to take it back cuz it was shaking on The freeway at 60 mph. AC was blowing hot! Taillight fell off while I was driving it. Had the hemi tic. A gray market vehicle means that it was an original import from Canada. Without disclosing this info, lawsuits can be filed for this fraud. The 2017 orange ram is back on the market and in their inventory again. I had to take it back to the shop for the check engine light. They found out that the chasi was full of rust like major rust! Throughout the whole chasi. It turned out that there was almost 9 thousand dollars in repairs that needed fixing. It was never even inspected when i drove it off the lot. The front and rear control arms front and back. Struts and shocks all the way around. Leaking rear axle seal,Leaking AC compressor, Fuel pump reset, bad rotors. I dont have the documents in front of me but much more! Endurance would not cover this because of the gray market status. I learned that it was gray market from Endurance and they reimbursed me with my money that I paid them monthly. The salesman and finance guys dont care about you at all and just want to make a commission. I was driving my family in an unsafe vehicle and lost almost 9k on this vehicle. Do not buy from this dealership. Your better off going anywhere else but here. I had to trade the gray market ram for another vehicle and now I have a higher interest rate with no warranty at all. 14.99 percent interest rate. I went back to theese guys 4 times and all was worse than before. They literally took away the 3 year 100.000mile Warranty. The finance guy is worse than the salesman. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU KMOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU! Selling a gray market vehicle without disclosing it is considered Fraud! More

From the moment I saw the truck Inhad been looking for, I made contact to set up an appt that day and was contacted by Colton Gage, notifying me the truck hadn’t been delivered to the campus yet. He let me know he would notify me once it was there and he did. Went down yesterday, 07/18/25, test drove the truck and made a deal. Colton was very helpful in providing me the information on the vehicle, exploring and negotiating the pricing w management where we could come to a deal. Very impressed with his knowledge, patience and overall professionalism. As fast as the process came together, I never felt pressured at any point to secure the sale. True pro! The finance manager, Goerge/Jorge Martinez was a class act, providing me w options for financing and ultimately finding me the perfect contract that met all of my needs. I honestly had a very pleasant experience with everyone I spoke with at Quebedeaux! Thanks fellas! More
