They r the worse they take your money for no reason just to pay them selfs n keep people from trying to make it When they have n they still take Let me explain I put a down payment of 3500 The bank to pay them selfs n keep people from trying to make it When they have n they still take Let me explain I put a down payment of 3500 The bank did not aprove the loan After two months I was toll to bring the car back so I did then when it was time to get my 3500 back they just gave me 3000 Dollars back cuz it’s my fault that I kept the car which it was not I wanted to keep the car but just because I had it for two months they took 500 dollars It’s not rite if I had to pay two months my payments were 243 a month but just because they wanted to they kept the money hope this don’t happen to any of u I’m going to 9 on your side just to show them what this dealership is doing Quebedeaux of Tucson on speedway N it’s not all the people cuz the sale person that help me he was very helpful n professional but finance people they just want to get your money no Matter what More

Upon delivery of my vehicle he made sure everything was up to par and immediately addressed any issues that I had. I could not be more pleased with his professionalism. Jorge Martinez in the finance department is a honest straight forward no sales pressure kind of guy. Explained everything in great detail. He even provided advice and insight on getting refunds for the warranty and registration on my trade in. That in my mind is above and beyond. My only gripe would be with the detailing department, but again my problem was addressed and fixed. More
