I'm disappointed. I flew from California to Arizona to purchase this vehicle, I expressed several time the urgency needed to expedite the purchase, but was met with s I flew from California to Arizona to purchase this vehicle, I expressed several time the urgency needed to expedite the purchase, but was met with several delays including the adding of unwanted warranties and reluctance to remove them from the final sale. Next was the $500 "mandatory fee" for etching the VIN on a window. Finally, being sold a vehicle with a cracked/chipped windshield without it being mentioned. I finally concluded the sale only to drive away and notice this chip/Crack. I then called my salesperson to discuss it and hopefully come to an agreement to have it repaired. I have waited to post this review since 8/16 when I purchased the vehicle, hoping a resolution was to be had. It was not. And now I feel as though it needs to be mentioned in this arena. 1. Please mention chips and cracks, especially when one has requested photos and videos of ANY AND ALL damage in advance. 2. The etching fee, if mandatory, should be included in the sale of the vehicle, not added afterwards. 3. If a resolution is requested, please ask your sales people to follow up on it. I consider myself to be a professional and would like to work with others with similar values in the future, thus I will not return to purchase a vehicle from you in the future, not recommend your dealership to others who inquire. More
