Walking into the dealership a couple of hours before closing, I wasn’t expecting a life-changing experience—but that’s exactly what I got. There was no one at the front when I arrived, but Mark came over and greeted us right away and then brought over the one and only Kharion. From the moment we sat at his desk, I knew I was in good hands. I showed him the car I wanted, and he quickly grabbed the key so we could go for a test drive. After the drive, I noticed some paint chips on the car and asked if they could be touched up—without hesitation, Kharion made sure it was taken care of. When we moved over to Jose, he took the time to explain everything in depth. The only hiccup was that the warranty being a separate charge wasn’t super clear at first, but honestly, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Kharion made sure every detail was handled before I drove the car off the lot, and that attention to detail continued even after the sale. When I came back for the paint touch-up, the paint guy wasn’t in due to their rotation schedule—but Kharion was thoughtful enough to top off my gas for free since I had driven in from another city. On my second visit, he made sure the paint was touched up to my satisfaction before moving forward, and when I mentioned wanting to test drive a manual car, he had me covered with a loaner I could take out while I waited. Later on, I had an issue with my Lojack system, and Jose was great at getting that resolved quickly. Honestly, I think I made their jobs easier because I already knew what I wanted walking in—it was mostly just a matter of getting everything processed. That said, reducing some of the downtime during the wait would be nice. But let me be very clear: If you’re not buying a car from Kharion, you’re doing life wrong. He made the entire process smooth, thoughtful, and honestly fun. The man deserves a statue out front—preferably with a plaque that reads “ Legendary Car Salesman” Thank you, Kharion, for making this experience not only easy but exceptional. More

Salina at the front desk is absolutely wonderful. She’s kind and on top of her game. Grateful for her to be taking care of people that are upset about their cars. She knows how to make people feel good and happy about the inconvenience of dropping a car off. Salvador is amazing and does not care that he should be closing.
