Based on my recent experience here, I'm giving high marks to the Rothrock dealership (Allentown, PA) and my salesperson, Jose' Baret. The cars I had seen online were on the lot, exactly as described an marks to the Rothrock dealership (Allentown, PA) and my salesperson, Jose' Baret. The cars I had seen online were on the lot, exactly as described and immaculately cleaned and detailed. And my salesperson Jose' knew seemingly everything there was to know in regards to the different vehicles' features and operations. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in a pre-owned car/truck at Rothrock. He made the entire process a breeze.....from help in finding the right car through to the financing, The next time I'm in the market for a used car, my first stop will be to Rothrock and Mr.Baret. I got the right car for me at a good price, everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful (without being overbearing, lol)....what more could I ask for? More

I'd like to start off by saying I really do not enjoy shopping for a vehicle, due to the high pressure salesmen I'm accustom to having. However I cannot say it this time. My sales person Jose Baret not only was very polite, knowledgable, and thorough he went the extra mile to made this the best buying experence I've ever had. Jose is definitely an asset to the Rothrock dealership. My husband had bought a used car for his oldest son in late Sept. I wasn't really looking to buy a car yet, however mine was 10+ years old & was starting to need basic upkeep. This is our third car we've bought from Jose. He is knowledgeable, honest, very personable and no pressure. I stopped by Rothrock on my way home from work on a late weekday evening to see what used cars they had on the lot. This was my first time at Rothrock.... I was helped by a Rothrock car salesperson named Jose Baret. He was very knowlegeable about the business and all the cars he showed me. He took the time to answer all the questions and concerns that I had. He even stayed late to help me with the car purchase I needed to make. My past experiences at car dealerships were always "pushy" in nature. Jose Baret the dealer I had at Rothrock was different, he cared about getting you the car that best suited your needs.
