Good but not great. Service can be very slow -- in two senses of the word. First, servicing your vehicle takes a long time. If you bring your car first thing in the mo Service can be very slow -- in two senses of the word. First, servicing your vehicle takes a long time. If you bring your car first thing in the morning you won't get it back before late afternoon, no matter what the actual amount of work required. And woe be unto you if a part is needed, as they don't have many parts on hand. In that case, you'll have to come back when they get it. Second, it takes them an exceptionally long time to deal with customers.I waited 20 minutes when all I needed to do was pick up my car! It's also worth mentioning that they do not give out loaners for Alfa Romeo owners. Unfortunately, there are few places where you can get an Alfa serviced. They know this, and take advantage. That said, Sofia is very friendly and does her best in difficult circumstances. More
