Bought another new truck This was a no nonsense transaction. Not having the truck we were looking for in their inventory, we decided on color by looking at what was on the lot This was a no nonsense transaction. Not having the truck we were looking for in their inventory, we decided on color by looking at what was on the lot. With color decided, knowing what I wanted for options, they went to work finding me my truck. In less than thirty minutes a decision was made between 4 different trucks available that met my criteria. Settling on a price significantly lower than the sticker, the deal was done. On the paper work side of this, they actually found us a better rate than we were preapproved for by our lender.There was no back and forth nonsense or confusion. This is our second truck in 14 months and I will be back if my needs change again for a vehicle. More

"Surprisingly Shocked and Satisfied" Shocked with the wonderful treatment my husband and I received at this dealership. We came up from the Tri-Cities to take a look at a Mercury Mountain Shocked with the wonderful treatment my husband and I received at this dealership. We came up from the Tri-Cities to take a look at a Mercury Mountaineer. My husband called prior to see if they still had it, they did and that is when we met Ruben. What a nice young man. He treated us with respect, even if we were not there to look at a vehicle with a high price tag attached to it. Personally I did not want to go, I have had my fair share of visiting car lots, and I personally hate to even get out of the car. You feel like (not the right words), molested before you even hit the front door. They are taking bids on who gets your business the fastest. That was not the case there, pretty laid back, which made you at ease and comfortable, and gave the customer(us) time to make their way in the door and to tell them what they were looking for. Not the other way around. Someone trying to sell you something you did not want There was absolutely no pressure with anyone They wanted to work with you, went out of their way to make it possible for you to get what you wanted and how you wanted it done. As for Ruben, I cannot say enough, even though there was quite a generation gap between us, he was courteous, kind, eager, and great to visit with. He even came over on his day off to make sure everything was alright when we came up the next day to get it. So with that being said, I guess you know that we bought it! Gave us a good rice for our trade in. So another attaboy goes to Jose in finance. Very personable with our paperwork in explaining everything before we signed. More

Before they even let her leave the lot they gave her a full gas tank,I call that customer service. When I left Tom Denchel's we had to go straight to gas station to get home on both cars. I really think that is where you are lacking in customer satisfaction and customer appreciation. More
