After my car at the dealership waiting for a part for 9 weeks (which wasn’t the fault of the dealership) my car is returned to me with a crack in the windshield. I was told the small crack was there when t weeks (which wasn’t the fault of the dealership) my car is returned to me with a crack in the windshield. I was told the small crack was there when the car was received which I didn’t know was there. Well in 9 weeks I wasn’t informed of it so that I could have repaired it. I’m told that the crack happened because of weather fluctuations and weather. Now I have to pay for a new windshield $576. As I was backing out of the dealership my back up camera stopped working😡. I’m not happy with my experience and I have been bringing my car here since 2021 and I won’t be coming here anymore. More

Service department was discourteous, curt and did not take my evidence of a safety issue seriously.
