Be careful with online listing's. They raise the price when you find the vehicle you want ,and tell you that you didn't qualify for the online discounts. I have a 700 credit score. On the positive side, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I'd buy from them again, but would stand my ground on their online pricing. More

Well I think I got an ok car, but I know I got a bad deal. The Escomilla Bros were fun to work with, except they let me drive off the lot in a car with no brake lights and a nearly dead battery. The de deal. The Escomilla Bros were fun to work with, except they let me drive off the lot in a car with no brake lights and a nearly dead battery. The detail department needs serious remediation. They pretended to clean the car. Obviously zero pride in their work. That fast talking finance manager Martinez, he saw me coming. My own fault I suppose. I missed my cue to say no and got sold some xxxx I didn't want or need. Could I have gone back and raised a stink? Eh, probably, but really whats the point? Its obvious they don't care, or it would have been a better experience from the jump. The hard part was, I didnt see it, in the moment. I should have taken a skeptical friend with me. I do accept responsibility as I am the adult who signed the papers. However, I won't recommend them, ever. I will curse them every time I drive by: May your fancy toilets clog and your bidet spray cold! MYakovich More

We ended up having a poor experience here. In mid-Nov, we put down money on a used car that had been slightly damaged as it was coming off the transport truck. We agreed to buy the car on th In mid-Nov, we put down money on a used car that had been slightly damaged as it was coming off the transport truck. We agreed to buy the car on the condition that the paint and body shop fix the damage. Two weeks later, we went back and found a lousy repair job (including the seams and door jambs not even lining up properly. We advised we would not be taking possession until it was fixed properly. Two more weeks went by and my wife called to ask how things were going. We were told that the manager advised that "no more work would be done and we could take it like it was or they'd just refund our deposit via the mail." We ended up walking on the deal. I found the whole experience to be deeply dissatisfying. More

We purchased a used car on Saturday November 23rd from Jorge, he was awesome. Jorge made sure the car was cleaned and detailed before we left the lot. The problem is when we drove off we discovered the Jorge, he was awesome. Jorge made sure the car was cleaned and detailed before we left the lot. The problem is when we drove off we discovered the radio was not working. We found that the antenna was broken and glued back on the car. NOT SURE if this was a result of the car wash but we did not notice the radio condition on the test drive. We called the parts department and discovered this is a $155 (retail) part. Jorge notified Quebedeaux sales management and they will not make it right. I offered to install the part myself and they still will not make it right. More

Called to ask about add on fees after purchase price. Was told noting is add except tax and license. Get to the dealership and they added $2500 in “recon” fees. I work at the car auctions and NOTHING was Was told noting is add except tax and license. Get to the dealership and they added $2500 in “recon” fees. I work at the car auctions and NOTHING was reconned. Multiple panels have scratches, dents, chips, was missing floor mats and rear trunk panel cover.. Charging for things that should be done but aren’t is wild. Vehicle battery died within 7 days, took it to local Toyota store for a $289 battery and had to replace both air and cabin filters.. Again this should have been done with the $2500 Recon charge, but I had to spend over $600 at Toyota only 1 week after paying a recon charge?! The price advertised was only if you met requirements, so $31k advertised was instantly $34k +”Recon fee” + tax title license and reg! $895 Document fee! Arizona does not have a cap on doc fees so they can charge anything they want (California has a $85 cap). So they are getting an instant $895 (non negotiable) just to process paperwork?! That’s outrageous. This was the typical Used car dealer experience. Get you in the door with a lower advertised price, my initial “quote/ cost” was 10k over the advertised price! 31k advertisement turned into 43k Out the Door. No explanation of what and why, just the pushy “sign here” and get your money before you understand what is happening. Only when we walked away was the deal brought back to me with my $ concerns addressed. Plenty of cleaner cars out there, if you don’t mind waiting and finding a better dealer / you will be happier More
