During the sale the sales person made a verbal agreement to repair the unusable back windows. The parts had reportedly been ordered and would be in the same week of the sale. It has been approximately 3 weeks of my spouse contacting the dealership by phone and in person regarding the promised repair. This week Jose told him the part was at the Greenville location and would be brought along with cars that were being delivered the same or next day. It’s been days now and no call has been received. My advice for anyone would be to go to a dealership that is reliable and stands behind their sales. Auto of Forney has some sketchy practices and they are not recommended. More

We purchased a vehicle from this dealership, provided a down payment, and signed a contract. Despite repeated requests, they refused to provide us with a copy of the paperwork, claiming it would be emailed down payment, and signed a contract. Despite repeated requests, they refused to provide us with a copy of the paperwork, claiming it would be emailed, but it never was. Instead, we received multiple excuses. Now, we are being told that the financing did not go through, that they want the car returned, and that the contract is invalid — yet they still refuse to give us a copy of the documents we signed. This experience raises serious concerns about transparency and professionalism. If you choose to do business here, insist on receiving all paperwork in hand before leaving the dealership. Do not rely on promises that it will be sent later, as that was not our experience. More
