Jose was very nice. But do not buy from this dealer unless you have your own financing. Do not follow our mistake and choose to take their word and not read the contract before signing. They will tell you online their prices are accurate with any down payment and no dealer fee. I specifically asked the associate online about the fine print disclaimer before we drove 3 hours there. When you arrive they tell you the prices are 20% higher than the listed price and require $2,000 tax and tags down payment. They want you to leave 5 star rating right there on the spot before you realize they've added an additional $8,000 finance charge to it on top of the sale price just for providing financing. So for the 2017 Ford Explorer that was listed for $13,891 with 71k miles came out to be $15,943.28 with over 73k miles + the $7,927.34 finance charge bringing vehicle price to $18,926.50 and $26,853.84 with the payments even after a $2,000 down payment. More
