About two months ago, we visited the dealership to begin researching a 3/4 ton truck that would make towing a travel trailer a little easier. Jose easily spent an hour walking us through all of the features and addressed our concerns. With business card in hand, we parted ways to continue our research on all of the trucks other makers had. Needless to say, within a couple weeks later, we were back to look at the truck again, and the following day, we bought it. Jose's professionalism, accompanied by his ability to not pressure us into a purchase made it one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had. More
