This is the 3rd and 4th car we've bought from Tom Mac. You can't ask more from a car sales agent. We came in with 2 trade-ins with expiring leases, thought we might want to keep one. Tom, Jose in Finance, You can't ask more from a car sales agent. We came in with 2 trade-ins with expiring leases, thought we might want to keep one. Tom, Jose in Finance, and whoever worked with them in the glass office on the showroom floor, all went above and beyond to clearly explain our options and the different scenarios. These guys are all excellent ambassadors for Honda in general, and for Spreen in particular. You lost one star because we feel strongly that both our trade-ins were undervalued by the appraiser or whoever manipulated the figures to make the sale. Like, a total of $8,000 or more for the two. We didn't argue about it, but that took a little wind out of our sails. We bought two cars though, so I guess you don't mind. More

Juan Flores was the person who approached us to help show us the car we came to see. He gave us his honest advice/opinion on what vehicle would be best for us and worked with the finance manager Vu to get us us the car we came to see. The atmosphere was very relaxed, as were the associates. They seemed more interested in answering your questions, following your lead, than in overwhelming you with information, etc. I came near the end of They seemed more interested in answering your questions, following your lead, than in overwhelming you with information, etc. I came near the end of day, with only a few minutes to physically see the vehicles I had been looking at online, and they allowed me thorough examination of them. (Did not have Passport on lot.) They suggested an appointment time--I wanted to bring my spouse--and I wasn't ready for it, but he said we could make it a soft appointment, in case we needed to change it, etc. It was very laidback and I felt I could commit to it. I had been searching for some time on the internet, and had not even looked much at Honda, so this was a 180 degree turnaround experience for me. More
