The atmosphere was very relaxed, as were the associates. (Did not have Passport on lot.) They suggested an appointment time--I wanted to bring my spouse--and I wasn't ready for it, but he said we could make it a soft appointment, in case we needed to change it, etc. It was very laidback and I felt I could commit to it. I had been searching for some time on the internet, and had not even looked much at Honda, so this was a 180 degree turnaround experience for me. More
