Jose Ostacio was the salesman that helped me get my 2012 Ford Explorer. What a great guy,he is very kind and honest and stayed true to his word. I was looking for a new vehicle for a few weeks and new exac Ford Explorer. What a great guy,he is very kind and honest and stayed true to his word. I was looking for a new vehicle for a few weeks and new exactly what I wanted. Every dealer that I went to just gave me the run around. I stumbled upon Ford Lincoln of Queens and said let me give it a try, I literally called got Jose on the phone told him exactly what I wanted he said he would get back to me in a few minutes and he did just that. I remember speaking to him and said to him this deal is too good to be true he assured me that what he said was what I would get. So what did I do... I jumped in my car with my husband and kids and went right on down there, we drove home in our new 2012 Explorer that same night. We had a really great experience with Jose and would definetly recommend Jose and Ford Lincoln of Queens to my friends and family. We will be back next year when its time to turn in our vehicle for a new Ford! More

I must say my first visit to the ford site in queens was very questionable at first. I am a young male with no experience purchasing and or leasing a vehicle. I had a horrible experience with ford dealership in Nassau County, when I purchased a leased 2004 ford explorer. I was sold a dream with an ending of a horrific experience. I was told I would have many different features to the financed vehicle which was not the case. I would not recommend anyone going to the Nassau county ford dealership. You will be sorry if you did. I wanted to say the least when I entered ford dealership in Queens, I was addressed with open arms from Jose Ostacio Sales Rep. This man gave me more than a tutorial about vehicles. He did not rush to say purchase, he provided me with different avenues due to my financial issues. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was making the right decisions for my pockets instead of the look. Jose Furthermore followed up with me on a weekly base to keep me posted on what was going on with the outcome of getting me into my 2012 ford escape. As when it comes to purchasing a vehicle you needed to ensure you that you have insurance on the vehicle which I didn’t have to worry about as Jose took care of everything. I was very pleased and happy with the outcome. I know when it’s time to turn in my vehicle I will defiantly be returning to Jose for that premium services he has to offer.
