The sales man didn't be very transparent with me. Told me he could get my payments pushed back 90 days because he has a good relationship with suncoast. Then came back and stated that we will not be Told me he could get my payments pushed back 90 days because he has a good relationship with suncoast. Then came back and stated that we will not be using suncost as the lender so he cant do the 90 days push back. Witch I understand because it was a different lender we where using. So then I go into the finance department and started signing the paperwork work and notice we where using suncost as the lender. I was not informed about all the other add ons yoy guys put on the car. I thought i was paying 19999$ for the car puls tax and title. Well tax was only about 1000$ and title is only a out 500$. So why am i financing for a 25000$ car. Also the finance department was trying to sell me the basic package that included gap and some other stuff that I cant remember at the moment. On the bottom of the package it say and highlighted as 399$. When it actually caustic 1400$. What kind of businesses is this. Also came back and got my car detailed and fluids t chaged in my car and my trunck net is now missing. Will never be back and will never recommend anyone to do business with you guys. More
