Overall service was fine. When I checked in, I was asked if I wanted tires rotated and I said yes but they were not rotated. I scheduled an appointment but had to wait 2 hours. That is what is aggravating. Why schedule appointments if they are going to take walkin-ins that make your appointment time longer. It would also be nice to know ahead of time what other services they recommend around that time instead of them trying to upsale you $200 and $250 services at that time when you are already frustrated.
