I have had the same sales person James Honeycutt on all three transaction acquired my third vehicle from Moritz and their great customer experience. I have had the same sales person James Honeycutt on all three transactions and have been extremely satisfied on how we have been handled. The whole Moritz team from the service on up to management has been a pleasure to work with. If there was a problem a happy solution has been found. Thanks The only criticism I have that has left me with the bad taste is the number of and length of surveys Moritz has. They should be shorter much simpler. I was in sales and public relation my whole career but you need to find a simpler way to get the answers to what you need. More
