Service here has been horrible. It has been one problem after another, and the dealership refuses to take accountability. When started with a simple oil change led to oil leaks, It has been one problem after another, and the dealership refuses to take accountability. When started with a simple oil change led to oil leaks, then coolant leaks, and now my AC condenser is failing after they replaced the radiator. Before bringing my car here, it was running g perfectly fine- no leaks, no coolant issues, and the AC was blowing cold air without any problems. Ever since this dealership worked on it, everything seems to be falling apart. I do want to say that Luis, service advisor, has been great throughout this process. Helpful and professional, but there’s only so much he can do. Unfortunately, the service manager has not been helpful at all and refuses to acknowledge any responsibility. Instead, it feels like they just keep recommending more and more repairs. Very disappointed with the overall service experience. More

Everything was great. Friendly atmosphere, not pushy but very helpful. Sales team was great and finance team worked hard. We had a new guy in finance which was fine he was Friendly atmosphere, not pushy but very helpful. Sales team was great and finance team worked hard. We had a new guy in finance which was fine he was very nice, but the more senior person that should have been helping him was less than helpful to him, which significantly prolonged our time at the dealership with several sick and crabby children.
