I want to take a moment to sincerely thank the amazing team at Millennium Honda—especially Manager Mauricio, who set the tone for what turned out to be an outstanding experience from the very first phone team at Millennium Honda—especially Manager Mauricio, who set the tone for what turned out to be an outstanding experience from the very first phone call. I had been reaching out to multiple dealerships to compare pricing and customer service, and without a doubt, Millennium Honda stood out above the rest. The level of professionalism, transparency, and care was A1 from start to finish. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership, we were warmly welcomed by Mauricio and then assisted by Oscar, who was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Due to time constraints, we returned the following day and were helped by Joseph, who picked up seamlessly where we left off. What truly stood out to me was the incredible teamwork in that office. Everyone was ready to step in and support one another to ensure we were taken care of. That kind of collaboration is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. When Joseph got tied up, Carlos jumped right in—and I can’t say enough good things about him. Alongside Warrell, the finance manager, they both went above and beyond to make this sale happen. They stayed late after hours, doing everything possible to ensure that we drove away with our brand new 2026 Honda CR-V S Touring that same day. I’m so happy and grateful for the entire experience. Words truly can’t express how thankful I am for the service, patience, and dedication the whole team showed us. Mario Garcia is very unprofessional and single handedly lost not only a new customer, but an existing customer. We wanted to lease a car for my daughter, who just graduated with a doctorate degree and lost not only a new customer, but an existing customer. We wanted to lease a car for my daughter, who just graduated with a doctorate degree and has accepted a very high paying job. She also has very good credit. She was told that I needed to co-sign on the lease as she doesn’t have established credit. I submitted the application, and received several notices on inquires on my credit almost immediately. Several hours later, we went to the dealership and met with Mr. Garcia to pick up the car. It was at that point that he told me that my co-sign was denied, due to already financing 2 other cars. He then tried to upsell us on a more expensive lease, about 33% more than our original deal. My daughter and I asked him several times when he knew I was denied, and he evaded the question. I believe this was a classic bait and switch. I think Mr. Garcia thought as long as he got us in the door, our emotions would take over and we would accept the more expensive option. We had seriously considered a comparable Mazda model, but ultimately went with the Honda. During this ordeal, I told my daughter that I’d this deal falls through, we could always go back to Mazda. I don’t think Mr. Garcia appreciated this. When we declined the deal, Mr Garcia suggested that we have my wife co-sign. I said that I was concerned that she would apply, only to come back here again to find out she was denied. Mr Garcia then became extremely unprofessional. He said, “what, are you blaming me for this?” I replied that I didn’t appreciate it that he knew I was denied, yet he had us come in anyway. If there was a problem with my credit, then I should have been notified earlier, and have the opportunity to work it out on my own. Mr. Garcia then stood up, called in a coworker, and told him to get us out of here. They want to go to Mazda anyway. I feel this was a breach of contract. We ended the deal and will look at other options. If we do decide on the Honda, it certainly won’t be at Millennium. If Millennium can hire someone like Mr. Garcia, I really have no faith in that dealership. More
