I brought my vehicle for service on 4/3/24 just to find out my vehicle was beyond repair. i would like to commend Doug Montalbano in the Service Dept. for breaking the news to me gently. He then proceede out my vehicle was beyond repair. i would like to commend Doug Montalbano in the Service Dept. for breaking the news to me gently. He then proceeded to call Joe Evans to assist me acquire a new vehicle. Joe was great to work with and really went above and beyond to make sure that we can come to a good deal. I went to Ray Brandt Toyota to purchase a car. Both Joe and Angie went over some of the options of the different cars. After Angie took me on a tour of the Corolla Cross I was sold. I was giving my 2021 Tacoma to my son and wanted a car that would be more manageable at my age. I purchased the 2024 Corolla Cross in a beautiful shade of blue.
