They were so friendly, didn’t make it a hassle on working on a deal, didn’t get swarmed with multiple salesmen trying to force me to like a car. This is now my favorite place to buy a car and when my husband is ready to upgrade we will be back! Thank you all so much! Joseph from internet sales from the get-go was very professional through the whole process, I’m very picky and never once did he make this any concern of an issue. He made sure I was happy and found the car I couldnt pass up! Even in the pouring rain! To Steve from finance for his hard work and dedication to find me a lower rate than what we found already. I’m so happy with my new 2019 Kia Forte EX!! My husband couldn’t believe it when I pulled in the driveway how slick this car is! His reaction made this 10x more memorable for me! Would definitely reccomend youngblood whether you're a first time buyer or on your umpteenth car. Nothing shady about their tactics, they are open about the cost of the car and payments and listen to your needs instead of trying to upsell you on stuff. Complimentary snacks while you wait, place for the kids to play and comfortable chairs with a TV, The staff was all very friendly and during the process you actually get to know everyone that you'll encounter again. It doesnt feel like they want to take advantage of you they seem to actually care. GREAT EXPERIENCE. More

I’ve been Stung!!! I was looking to buy the new Sunset Yellow Kia Stinger GT. The only one I could find was 2 hours away from me in Springfield, MO. So, of course, my wi I was looking to buy the new Sunset Yellow Kia Stinger GT. The only one I could find was 2 hours away from me in Springfield, MO. So, of course, my wife and I started driving there right away!!! On the way, we called the dealership to ask some questions about the car and started filling out some of the paperwork over the phone. We needed to be back home to pick up the kids from the babysitter later that night so we couldn’t dilly dally. The sales rep was fantastic! We kept texting him back and forth all the way there until we agreed upon a fair trade in value for my old car. Once we arrived, the sales rep processed our credit app right away and took us out for a test drive in the Stinger. It was amazing!!! After we returned to the dealership, we agreed upon a final sales price... politely declined the extended warranty... and sped off home in our new ride blaring Wiz Khalifa’s “Black and Yellow”! We picked up the kids in plenty of time 😉 More

Truly, my only negative experience was with Sean who deals with the financial aspect. He was fine with me (I wasn't financing or buying an extended warranty), but the negative came from his interaction with the sales person. He spoke to him in a condescending manner when the sales person asked him a question that he apparently thought was a stupid question. I was embarrassed for him and just think he could have been respectful and if he had a problem, talk to him in private and not in front of a customer. More
