I bought a 2020 Ford Expedition Platinum from Flora at this dealer. Entire process was very rushed did not make you feel valued as a customer whatsoever more of an inconvenience. I complete all paperwork purchase the car AFTER i bought the car she tells me she “forgot” to mention they don’t have the title yet so i can use a dealer plate. Ok not that big of a deal. Come back 2 weeks later for my plate. She’s dealing with another customer appears extremely inconvenienced to help me by getting my plate so i can be on my way. Comes back after 20minutes walks past me doesn’t say a word. Then her son the finance guy (why would he be doing this?) come to me and says i owe $320 for a plate that mind you they already have. It’s in my name. It’s legally mine. They forgot to add in plate cost and pawned it off that it was because of the title not being there which is not the case. EXTREMELY unprofessional and i will not be back. I bought a brand new 2024 F250 at suburban ford of Troy and I’d highly recommend them over this place. More
