The Service Dept. is an absolute nightmare to deal with or get ahold of. You can call and call and call…no one will answer or return any of your calls. Just wanted to say that Cavender West is a stand up dealership. I demanded a new contract to include a deferment and was accommodated. Due to my doing this caused a delay in accounts with GM Financial dealership. I demanded a new contract to include a deferment and was accommodated.
