I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I bought a car from Alan Jay Toyota from out of state. EVERYTHING was awesome about the experience, making it the best car buying experience in my I bought a car from Alan Jay Toyota from out of state. EVERYTHING was awesome about the experience, making it the best car buying experience in my 50+ year life. Rapid, personalized follow up with a video email after I inquired about the car online. No-nonsense and low-pressure negotiations to agree on a price. High integrity on ensuring all necessary titling and registration and sales tax procedures were followed (since we were working with 2 states). Flexibility in working with me to line up shipping. But then it got even better when I decided to fly in and pick up the vehicle instead of shipping it. Pat, my sales person, drove 80 miles to pick me up at the airport and bring me to the dealership, offered me lunch, filled the tank of the car, and ensured I was sent off safely on my way home. The team at Alan Jay is just top notch, and if you're honest with them, they will be likewise with you, and will treat you like royalty. You should have no hesitation about working with this team. We started out rough with internet sales advisor. We were told some miss information on a particular vehicle that was supposed to be on site but when we showed up that was not the case and we had spe We were told some miss information on a particular vehicle that was supposed to be on site but when we showed up that was not the case and we had specifically drove over an hour to see that said vehicle. But once we showed up to the store lot. We got that issue worked out and we were greeted By Mr. Matt Jones and he did a great job working with us to get what we wanted and ordered in.
