Service department has a lot to be to desired. Replaced the engine in my daughters 2017 Tucson.....engine has rattles told me it's normal for a new engine it'll stop.Now it's another run an hour a Replaced the engine in my daughters 2017 Tucson.....engine has rattles told me it's normal for a new engine it'll stop.Now it's another run an hour away to have it looked at again. Took my 2022 Tucson in to have a recall it looked at for hitch wiring, was supposed to have a hitch from factory wasn't there even though it was on the windows sticker.....told me I had to buy it and be reimbursed for it. I thought that was wrong......should be their responsibility not mine. More
