On 11/8/2025 I saw new 2025 Nissan Versa SV on sale. The salesman checked the price on the Dealership website. He showed me two red Versa SV cars for under $18,000. I test drove one and purchased it. I also bought extended warranty service, prepaid maintenance, and replacement thing for tires, etc. I was unaware that the cost of these things was over $4000. About a week later, I was looking at the papers i was given, and realized the cost of the car was almost slightly under $21,000 not the $18,800 it was supposed to be. I went to the dealership to cancel the all three contracts. I put request in writing. They agreed to cancel and even signed my request. I was told it would take eight weeks to cancel. Eight weeks later I went back to Nissan. Mr. Escobar didn't apologize, he just said things are busy at the end of the year and must have been overlooked. He supposedly filled out another request on two things, but the computer wouldn't work for prepaid maintenance. He said it would take another eight weeks to cancel When I mentioned that it would be four months I would be paying interest on the $4000, he told me to "TAKE IT UP WITH THE BANK. Three days later I went back to Nissan. I was told Mr. Escobar was busy. I decided to wait. After about 30 minutes, someone offered to help me. I told them I was there to cancel a contract. The had Tess talk to me. She tried to change my mind, but I insisted on cancelling. She told me it would eight weeks. We are again past the eight weeks, and nothing has been cancelled. I have been trying to cancel these contracts since 11-22-2025 with no luck. I spoke to Mr. Escobar about price issue. Without even bothering to check, he informed me that what I said wasn't true. That they didn't do business that way. Either he was implying I am a cheat and liar or that I am a senile senior citizen. Either way it was an insult. All told I am out about $6000 dollars. I have bought about 10 cars in my life and have never been treated like this. This is the worst Dealership I have ever been to. Do not trust them! Do not believe them. I have had my first oil change done. I went to Modern Nissan. I will never let Greensboro Nissan have anything to do with my car and I advise everyone to go somewhere else. Mr. Escobar was rude and insulting and he and his salespeople are not to be trusted. BEWARE! If I could give less than one star I would. More
