1. I provided my phone number when I scheduled my service online. I provided the same phone number when I dropped my vehicle off. I never heard back from them all day so when I called, they said th service online. I provided the same phone number when I dropped my vehicle off. I never heard back from them all day so when I called, they said they tried to contact me multiple times without success. As it turns out, they pulled my daughter's old phone number from their system and were trying that. What's the use of providing a phone number both online and when I drop it off if you are just going to pull some other number from your system? 2. When I showed up the next morning to pick up my vehicle, it was unlocked. Therefore, it had been sitting in your lot all night, unlocked, with a bunch of my tools in the back seat. 3. They needed to access something behind my glove box. When I picked up the vehicle, all contents from my glove box were on the floor, along with 3 screws from the glove box they forgot to reattach. 4. The service appointment was for an airbag issue. They said they found a bunch of other things that needed attention. When I asked for list along with estimates for each, here are the descriptions and estimates I received - Brake Concern: $1200 - Steering Concern: $1500 - Noise when turning: $1668 - Driveability: $800 - Engine oil leaks: $695 What kind of descriptions are those? Seriously???? If I can't trust you with simple stuff like this, why would I trust you to work on my vehicles? Joseph was very patient and accommodating with my questions though. More
