Spoke to soon on initial review! While James was helpful in finding the right car, once I was turned over to inventory manager/ finance and was able to look at the numbers, I realized I was being screwed over. I had asked what was the price I was paying for the car after all factory rebates- they basically couldn't tell me what I was buying the car for and what rebates were applied- just that my payments would be within my budget (depending on APR). Once I got in the finance office, I realized they had increased the MSRP on the car by 2k, and then gave me all the rebates I came across on their website. I felt cheated but they told me "they would look into it", within a few minutes the price of the car finally became apparent and the overall monthly payment was magically under my budget (roughly 50$ less a month). I honestly feel like they were trying to double dip, in getting the most out of me, and getting reimbursed by Jeep for all the factory rebates they could apply. I feel this way because Joe- couldn't look me in the eyes afterwards, and never apologies if this was a true "error", once I caught on to the game I was essentially ignored the rest of the time I was there. I wish that was the end of it, but there was another screw up and lack of communication as there were two identical cars for sale. I ended up getting a different car (VIN number) then what was on all the paperwork I signed off on- I caught this error only after I got home, and had to drive back to get them to fix it. If there was clear communication, and proper customer service (because essentially I was thrown the keys and told to go ( with no tour of the service center etc. as promised) than this issue would have been caught by them and not me). Service is poor once you agree to buy a car and start the purchase process-pricing is not transparent nor honest ( I guess that what you get these days.) More
