My 2009 Porsche Cayenne was showing the Check Engine light on the instrument panel. It would appear and then not appear over a period of about six ( 6) weeks this past winter. I called Davit Petrosya light on the instrument panel. It would appear and then not appear over a period of about six ( 6) weeks this past winter. I called Davit Petrosyan, the Assistant Service Manager, with whom I had the pleasure of dealing with in the past, and he wasted no time in scheduling a visit for me to bring the the car in and have Jim, one of the techinicians work on the vehicle to try to address the reason for the Check Engine light. Davit, in order to try to save me money, tried to address the issue by having the purge valve and sensor replaced and the fuel injection system cleaned. Unfortunately, the Check Engine light came back on. During this service, Davit provided me with a loaner Porsche at no charge. Because the Check Engine light returned, Davit had me bring the vehicle back, and Jim, the technician who had been working on the vehicle, determined that I needed a new high pressure fuel pump after testing my vehicle with a high pressure fuel pump from another Cayenne. Again, Davit provided me with another loaner vehicle at no charge. Davit not only has the best interests of the company as a priority but also the best interest of a customer who has had a five year plus relationship with this dealership. Davit Petrosyan and the technicians, Jim and Mika, are the reasons why I have used this dealership for service and maintenance. I recently had a service appointment, and as usual, the entire team was great! From walking in to Beth's friendly smile, to Davit and Joe's helpful attention to whatever I need, I was at ease knowing my ne entire team was great! From walking in to Beth's friendly smile, to Davit and Joe's helpful attention to whatever I need, I was at ease knowing my needs would not only be met, but exceeded! I am a long time customer and the entire team does so much to make me feel welcomed. I especially feel the need to note, I am a woman, and the fact that they make me feel at ease speaks volumes! This is a fun place to be, and if you need anything, they will do whatever is needed to get the best outcome.
