Nicole was extremely short, and unprofessional with my purchase. I happened to call the dealership before my appointment time to make sure they still had the vehicles I wanted to look at, and she answered purchase. I happened to call the dealership before my appointment time to make sure they still had the vehicles I wanted to look at, and she answered. She asked who I had the appointment with, and I said I wasn't sure, she then said oh its actually with me. So I get to the dealership wanting to test drive a couple vehicles, and she just tries to rush through me. Clearly I was not her appointment. And to make matters worse, she also tried pressuring me into making a more expensive financial decision by suggesting that I cut back on things like food and pop to make sure my ride is deemed safe. Just truly unprofessional. More
