Beautiful dealership. Went in with my sister for a new battery service in her Volvo. I was just along for the ride. Saw a car on the showroom I began to look at to pass so Went in with my sister for a new battery service in her Volvo. I was just along for the ride. Saw a car on the showroom I began to look at to pass some time and met Josh Berk who spent time answering my questions. Wasn't looking for a car, didn't need a car! Josh, extremely nice gentleman, pulled a close clone of the car on the floor to the front parking lot for a test drive, didn't ask, no pressure. I was very impressed with the car after the drive. So, over the next 9 days Josh and I kept in touch, I wanted the car, and we made a deal. I only dealt with Josh, wasn't passed around to anyone else in the dealership. I was shocked , actually. The only other person involved was Nick in finance for the paper work on the day of purchase. Nick, another extremely personable young man. I had never enjoyed the new car dealership process, I hadn't purchased a new car from a dealer since 1986. But this changed in one chance meeting with Josh at Arrowhead Volvo. It made the actual buying process much quicker and less stressful, which was especially helpful since I live quite a distance from the dealership.
