I brought my Tahoe in to be fixed even when I was advised not to by a coworker. Very little accountability when it came to communication with the difeerent workers. Went to get my vehicle on two separate occ not to by a coworker. Very little accountability when it came to communication with the difeerent workers. Went to get my vehicle on two separate occasions and both times it was not ready. Each time the worker (two diffrent workers) blamed the car not being ready because 1. our phone was on a do not call list (not true) and another day they stated we said we would call them back to let them know (also not true). The lack of communication is not my biggest complaint. It's the trash left in my car on two separate days. How dare a worker leave his empty water bottle in my car and not take it out. I know this because I do not drink Niagra nor Arrowhead brand waters. Then when they broguht my car up to me the first time, the tire light was on. You would think after one spent $2,000 they would have common courtesy to clean up after themselves and put some air in the tire. One problem was fixed only for that fix to make another issue bigger. The only positive remark I can give is to Josh for mentioning the first responder discount, even though he claimed he called but the number was on a national do no call list. The service manager seemed like he cared a little as well, I suppose. Overall, I wish I had listened to my coworker who had nothing but complaints about Young Chevrolet. This probably could have saved me time, money, and maybe could have gotten a total fix. Good help sure is hard to come by. More

I purchased a 2025 Trax activ trim in September 2024. Randomly the car has started coming to a dead stop in the middle of major highways, and just regular roads. It has done it going 30 mph and it has done it going 70 mph. It has thrown me into the ditch to where I almost hit a tree. It has caused people behind me to go into the ditch and caused road rage because they thought I brake checked them. I’ve had it towed to the dealership twice because the vehicle is physically not safe to be driven. The dealership has had it a total of 18 days off and on every time it’s the same horrible experience they argue about loaner cars and are really rude. First time I dealt with the service manager Chris he literally hung up on me and I was calling him literally while I was in the ditch. Now I’ve been dealing with the other manager Josh don’t recommend him he thinks it’s a joke and tells me to record the issue next time it happens when at the time that’s not what I’m worried about I’m worried about my 3 year old whose in the back seat of the car. Now I’m basically paying for a car that I physically can’t drive due to it almost killing me. They just keep saying oh well it doesn’t do it for us. Josh the other manager did admit to it doing it 1 time with him when he was driving and changes lanes without using a blinker but I’ve talked to several mechanics and that would not cause the car to go into limp mode. My whole family has always purchased from Young Chevrolet but after this I’m done. Every time I ask to speak to the general manager nobody will ever let me. I’m about to take legal action due to having record of taking it to them and them doing absolutely nothing when this is clearly a life threatening issue. Young Chevrolet needs to stand behind what they’ve sold me and it’s like they’re not wanting to. More
