Just purchased my first Acura - a new 2013 RDX and couldn't be happier. Very impressed with the people at the dealership Continental Acura - especially Josh our salesperson. He was patient and knowled couldn't be happier. Very impressed with the people at the dealership Continental Acura - especially Josh our salesperson. He was patient and knowledgable and went out of his way to stick with us through the process and to make sure we got what we wanted. The dealership had some inventory on hand but they were all loaded up with options we didn't want. So instead of trying to push us into something we didn't want he worked diligently to find the vehicle we wanted from another dealership and we got exactly what we wanted. If the service deparrtment folks are as just as good to work with I'll definitely be back for future car purchases. More

Josh Bruhn was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and consultative. Harry the sales manager was very pleasant to deal with and always respectful as was the finance manager Jer knowledgeable, helpful and consultative. Harry the sales manager was very pleasant to deal with and always respectful as was the finance manager Jerry. It was an excellent car buying experience and the whole team is easy to work with. Anybody looking for a car should certainly contact Josh and they will enjoy thier experience. More

Sales Rep Josh Brohn is an awesome person to work with. He helped us in every possible way to get us a good deal. If it wasnt Josh we wouldnt have bought the car. I visited Continental Acura as part of looking at a number of diffrent cars, my BMW was 12 years old and had over 180,000 miles. Josh Bruhn greeted me at the Acura dealership with a smile and I explain number of diffrent cars, my BMW was 12 years old and had over 180,000 miles. Josh Bruhn greeted me at the Acura dealership with a smile and I explained to him that I would be buying a new car in the spring of 2012 but for now I am slowing looking at a number of different cars and models. I was interested in test driving a new RL, TL and MDX. He did a great job in showing all the features of each, but it was very clear to me that the RL was the car I really liked. Josh was very patient and great to talk to and I had a very good experience. Well, the next day the transmission failed on my BMW and I needed to buy a new car alot earlier than I thought and I was very concerned about how to sell my BMW which needed $7000 worth of repairs. The team at Continental Acura made it happen and rose to the occasion, they took my car on a trade at a fair price and were willing to take the risk at auction of at least breaking even, as Josh said, "they did this to help a customer out of a jam" (we already had one Acura purchased from Continental). The purchase of the new RL went very smooth from Gerry Burton the financial manager taking excellent care of all the financial stuff and getting us lined up with a great extended warranty on the new RL to Josh Bruhn who was excellent in making sure the car was properly preped and explained all the new technolgy. I not only want to commend the folks at Continental but also thank them during a difficult time. A truly great and fun place to do business and I highly recommend Continental Acura More

I love taking my car here for service. Free car I love taking my car here for service. Free car washes. Good free coffee and WiFi. Really nice loaners or shuttle service. No wait service. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable service personnel. They even record CD telling you what they did and found. So, you can hear it directly from the mechanic. To me it looks like Continental Acura said "What would make a customer's experience better?" And then they did exactly that. I don't know how anyone could complain about this place. I have been to crappy dealers. This is not one of those. I love these guys. My only regret is that I didn't go to them sooner. More

I bought a new car back in April from Continental Acura. It was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had working with a car dealership. I honestly felt that I got a fantastic deal without havi It was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had working with a car dealership. I honestly felt that I got a fantastic deal without having to do any wheeling-and-dealing. I just said "$XX,XXX is what I have budgeted." And they said "Let's take a look... 'ok'" I felt that they were honest, fair, and respectful. There were no games or pushy "after sales," My only complaint was that the car was not in stock and they had to get it from another dealer. When I went to get it, I was about to drive the car out of the parking lot, I noticed a scratch on the drivers window. I looked like someone took a diamond and scratched it about 9 inches. I had to come back and get it replaced. (I was hoping to get it done immediately or get a different car.) No big deal. They were completely professional about it. The sales guy that I worked with was Josh Bruhn. He was young, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was sincere before AND after the sale. Most sales guys forget about you after the sale is done. But, not Josh. I have been back a few times to ask some questions and he has been very helpful. I also love the free car washes. Really GOOD free car washes. Very cool! Also, it's a pleasant place to wait while having work done. I love the free loaners, too. I hope that I can do business with Josh Bruhn and Con Acura again. More
