what could have been even better would have been a better plan on making the transition to the new owner on a date that did not happen with the last few days of the rebate on EV vehicles. you totally disappe plan on making the transition to the new owner on a date that did not happen with the last few days of the rebate on EV vehicles. you totally disappeared over the whole week end and then, as could be expected, have to unwind a lot of glitches in data, files, phones etc. not well thought out my friends. not sure if that was the buyer or seller but you made a large confidence error. The choosing and purchasing process are pretty pleasant except that the final window sticker price is higher than the quote but we worked it out so we did not pay too much above the original quote. However, the extended warranty is too expensive that is manipulated by dealerships, and the deductible is too high. More

It's been 2 months and they haven't paid off my trade in. No answer, no call back when I reach out to finance. I felt rushed through the process. The vehicle did not have a full walk through of all the features inside and outside and there were some cosmetic issues and scratches that my sales r The vehicle did not have a full walk through of all the features inside and outside and there were some cosmetic issues and scratches that my sales rep couldn’t be bothered to really discuss with me with at the time I was there so I was put off to schedule with the service department. The service department was awesome! My salesperson I felt was not very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at, and had mislead me on a number of things when working out the sale. I really love my purchase despite those issues. My finance guy was awkward and put off when I had specific questions about things I was signing, but overall an ok experience. More
