More of a family friend than a dealership We went to this dealer initially because of their "green" facility in 2012 to purchase a car, the people were wonderful. We bought another car this month and it was perfect again, Our 7yo son could play in their enclosed playground without worry, that was great for both us and child. They also had fresh popped popcorn, cookies, fruit, and video games. Our salesman was very respectful, polite, and honest. He was very eager to help and even encouraged us to try and or retry driving cars to be positive in our choice and never once pressured us. My wife got the exact car she wanted even down to the interior color and options. She even got an option we didn't even know about but loves. The first car we bought there we still have has had a very unique issue that was previously unknown to the service dept. Our service adviser Brian Zen and tech. has went way above and beyond to correct and have always with a smile and always have a treat for our kids. They always provided the exact vehicle to fit our needs while addressing our issue, which was no fault of the dealer. I also buy any and all needed OEM parts there for my custom truck. The parts dept. is equally as friendly and helpful. They also strive to get me the right part at the best price avail. I really wish I could remember the name of the young man I mostly work with in parts, he is great. My kids actually want to go with me every time I go there, which is why I call it more of a family friend. More

OUTSTANDING I had been looking for a new truck for about a month and half when I just decided to drive around looking at all the lots. When I pulled into david St I had been looking for a new truck for about a month and half when I just decided to drive around looking at all the lots. When I pulled into david Stanley's lot I found one I liked and they made me offer that I definitely couldn't refuse! It was a little time consuming paperwork wise but other than that from beginning to end I had a great experience thanks to josh eckley and steven springer. More

I first stared with talking to Jerry Effinger on the phone and then met him and Josh Eckley at the dealership. Both gentlemen were easy to work with and knowledgeable about the cars they had in inventory. My husband was not able to be with me so it was nice not feeling pressured or lied to. Norman is an hour and a half drive for me but I would make that trip again if I was looking at vehicles. Thanks for helping me get my daughter in her first car! More

Never again, and we recommend that you don't either We found a Nissan Armada at this dealership a week ago Saturday that was priced pretty well, so we made the two-hour drive to see if it was a fit for We found a Nissan Armada at this dealership a week ago Saturday that was priced pretty well, so we made the two-hour drive to see if it was a fit for us. They let us take the vehicle for an hour or so in order to make sure that it would fit my wife's unique 'back' situation. It seemed to be okay, so we went back to the dealership and traded our Infiniti FX35 for the Armada. This all happened late in the day on Saturday. All is well, until we arrive home two hours later and my wife's back is killing her. Since they were closed on Sunday, I began calling first thing Monday morning to let them know that this car was not going to work 'medically', and to find out if there was anything that could be done to reverse the deal that we made less than 24 working hours prior. I spoke with a salesman finally at about 8:30am, and he said that no one was there that could help with this request until around 9:30 or 10am, and that he would have someone call me. 10am came and went without a response, so I called back and asked for Mike Evans. I was told that Mike was with a customer and that he would call me back. Several more hours went by. All in all, I called this dealer at least 8 times on Monday, desperate to speak to someone in management about my dilemma. Finally, at around 3pm, I was told by Jeremy that they would be glad to take the Armada back in on trade and help us find something else to drive that would be more comfortable. I explained that I was trying to undo what we had just done, because the one that we traded was at least 'do-able' for her back and that I could not afford to take a $2000 hit on another trade-in situation. He said that this was over his head, and that he would have to get this request in front of another manager. I emphasized to him that I had been trying all day to do just that, with no return call whatsoever. Finally at around 4:30pm, Josh, our salesperson, called me back to explain that he had been off on Monday and just heard of our dilemma and apologized for the inconvenience. I pleaded with him to please get in front of management for me and that I would gladly pay some sort of 'restock fee' to undo the deal that was still less than 24 hours old. He called me back about 10 minutes later and said that the dealership had accepted a "buy bid" on our trade-in late Saturday, and that the buyer had picked up the car earlier that morning! If that were the case, why couldn't someone tell me this earlier in the day, instead of not even returning one phone call the entire day? Josh again apologized and explained that they tried to move the higher end trades in a hurry because they just don't have much luck with them at their dealership. At this point, all hope of undoing the deal is gone, and we accepted that we were going to have to do something different with car that we had purchased. I understand that the dealership has no obligation to undo or back out a contract once signed, but not even returning a phone call all day was unacceptable from a dealership that touts customer service as being their #1 priority. NOW COMES THE ULTIMATE KICK IN THE TEETH! One week later, I visit their website, only to find that the Infiniti that I traded, that they told me was sold almost immediately after we left town, and picked up first thing Monday morning by the 'buyer', mysteriously shows up on the website as a "just arrived new listing" for sale!!! What did they do?!?! Re-buy the car from whoever they sold it to a week before and now are offering it for sale?!?! Not only did they not seem to care when I was trying to find a way to reverse what was a mistake on our part, but then they have the unbelievable ability to lie to my face regarding the vehicle that we traded, telling me that it was already gone. The claim about "customer service above all" doesn't match reality in our experience. Good luck. More
